Drone Rules for your Country

So what are the various drone rules for your country. Is there a difference between flying privately and commercially or are the rules the same.
Quick run-down of the rules per 14 CFR Part 107 in the United States: https://www.faa.gov/uas/media/faa-uas-part107-flyer.pdf

"Hobby" flying is almost completely unregulated. Commercial operations are strictly limited to class G airspace, up to 400ft unless authorized otherwise by the local control tower, and the FAA. Aircraft must be under 55lbs, and a knowledge test administered by an FAA flight school is to be taken and passed.
